The Athens Area Gift Guide Cover Search
The Athens Area Chamber is excited to once again offer free ad space to our members in the 2023 Athens Area Gift Guide. Last year, the Athens Area Gift Guide featured ads from over 40 member businesses and it had over 2,000 unique page views on our website over the course of 5 weeks. This year we are hoping to make it ever bigger and better, and we are starting with the cover! (If you are interested in submitting an ad this year, stay tuned — we’ll be releasing guidelines shortly!)
In 2022, we created the cover of the Gift Guide using items and products that Chamber staff personally owned. We’d like to create a similar cover again, but this year we are hoping for help from our members.
We are currently seeking donations of products that we can feature on the 2023 cover! The Chamber will keep those items and combine them into a package which we will then raffle off during the holiday season.
We are hoping to secure 8-10 items that fall into one of the following broad categories:
- Apparel
- Food/beverage (shelf stable, please!)
- Home décor/decorations
- Art/jewelry
Please note that items should be smaller than a standard piece of paper (8.5″ x 11″).
Donations are needed by Friday, October 13, 2023.
Details:
Products will be considered on a first-come, first-serve basis, though priority will be given to items that form the most appealing cover.
If your product is chosen, it will be featured on the front cover and your business name will be included in a corresponding caption for the cover. Please note that chosen products will not be returned; in conjunction with the Athens Area Gift Guide, the Chamber will be soliciting email addresses in exchange for being entered into a drawing for the cover items.
