On Wednesday, April 20, OhioMeansJobs – Athens County hosted the April Business After Hours networking event at their office at 510 W. Union Street in Athens.
Directly following OMJ’s Open House for the public, the Business After Hours event allowed space for community and Chamber members alike to network and build connections. Attendees enjoyed tours of the facility, which boasts a resource room with computers that offer high speed internet access for resume writing and job search assistance. Guests also learned more about the many programs run through OhioMeansJobs, which includes offering assistance to employers with job postings, job fairs, and open interviews.
