As a way to show our appreciation to all community businesses, the Athens Area Chamber will be hosting a celebration open to the public on Wednesday, August 9th from 5:00-7:00pm at Eclipse Company Store .
The Athens Area Chamber, with help from our members and sponsors, are excited to bring the community an evening of complimentary appetizers and entertainment as we continue to celebrate the Year of Our Members. This quarter’s Business After Hours will depart from the panel presentations of previous BAHs, and instead we will be gathering for a night of community building, networking, and maybe even some dancing!
Sponsors Dewey Decibel Systems and Connecting Athens Professionals (CAP) are jointly sponsoring our entertainment for the night, which is a performance by the band Company Man & The Firm Believers (Cuni Besic, Myran Hart, Nate Bright, and Wren Frenton), who will play a mix of bluegrass, southern rock, and country music. The Athens Area Chamber Ambassadors will be sponsoring free shaved ice from Kona Ice Kona Ice from 5:30-6:30. And thanks to our sponsor the Linder Sales Team with E-Merge Real Estate, complimentary appetizers will be provided by Eclipse Company Store.
