Discovering What’s Holding You Back from Going After Your Dreams and Goals*
Is there a goal or dream you’ve been thinking about for a long time, but you don’t take action? Why is that? One of our brain’s jobs is to keep us safe, therefore, making change from our normal status quo can feel threatening to our brain. It likes to create thoughts and fears that hold us back, keep us small, so we don’t take risks. It helps us to survive, but not always to thrive. In this workshop we will do a couple of interactive activities that will start you on the process of getting to know the parts holding you back from your goals.
