Women’s Health Roundtable
An empty lantern provides no light. Self-care is the fuel that allows your light to shine brightly. ~ Unknown
Wellness is not merely the absence of illness or distress – it is the lifelong process of making decisions that support a more balanced life, enabling us to maximize our potential. Personal wellness makes us feel better, be more productive, and ultimately live longer. For many, especially women, the challenge is finding time. After juggling all the responsibilities that come with being an adult, we often don’t make the effort to take care of ourselves the way we should – and deserve.
